Yes, we ship only in United States of America


How Much Will Shipping Cost?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and current promotions.

  • Check our website for the latest shipping discounts.
  • Split Shipments: Split shipments are not included in free shipping offers. If your order includes items from express and standard shipping sections, they will be dispatched together as per standard shipping timelines.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the items in your order.

  • Specific timelines are listed on each product page.
  • Orders containing both express and standard shipping items will follow standard shipping timelines unless you request split shipping.
  • Orders may experience delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), which are beyond our control.

Can You Change Your Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

Can You Cancel an Order After It’s Placed?

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

  • If an item is unavailable, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.
  • Approved cancellations qualify for:
    • 50% refund to the original payment method (minus a 7% processing fee).
    • 100% store credit for future purchases.

Do We Deliver to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarding Addresses?

Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.


What Is Our Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at vanithafashionjewellery.usa@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 240-869-9718 
  2. Provide detailed information and an original unboxing video of the sealed package to verify the issue.
  3. Items purchased with discount codes are not eligible for returns.

If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be offered for future purchases.


How Do You Start the Returns Process?

Once we approve your return request:

  • We’ll provide detailed instructions for the process.
  • A shipping label will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified.

  • Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 14 business days (or longer, depending on your bank or payment provider).

What If You Receive Damaged or Defective Items?

We carefully check every product before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Share an original unboxing video of the sealed package showing the damage.
  2. After verification, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Once the returned item is inspected, we’ll send you a replacement.

Note: Videos of already opened packages are not accepted as proof of damage.


What If Items Are Missing from Your Package?

If an item is missing:

  1. Share an original unboxing video of the sealed package showing all received items.
  2. Our team will investigate and ship the missing item.
